Renée M. Brown is pictured with a group of Westchester County high school students visiting C.W. Brown Inc. These students are part of a program sponsored by the Business Council of Westchester called the Westchester Workforce Development Academy for Youth (WWDAY). The purpose of the program is to expose students to different labor markets and help them understand the potential careers in each specific industry and the education and skill sets needed for those particular jobs. The labor markets that the students will be exposed to are Healthcare, Finance, Construction, Technology and Hospitality. Renée, in addition to some of C.W. Brown employees, spoke to the students about their educational background as well as jobs and opportunities in the Construction industry
