C. W. Brown Inc. was the key sponsor at the Southern Connecticut BOMA luncheon held on February 26th at Giovanni’s II in Darien, Ct. Renée Brown opened the luncheon session by telling the audience of 90+ BOMA members about some of C.W. Brown’s key green initiatives as well as talked about what C.W. Brown has to offer as a General Contractor/Construction Management company.
Renée was followed by Keith Crosby Leed AP® of Albert D. Phelps, Inc./ADP Services Corp., Ross Spiegel of Fletcher-Thompson, Inc. and David McIntosh of Northeast Utilities who talked about how to make wise capital improvements and see a quick return on your investments and reach goals for sustainability, even in these tough economic times.
